Taft Law is pleased to welcome Adam D. Zacher to the firm's Litigation group as an associate in its Indianapolis office.

Zacher is an experienced commercial litigator, adept at handling complex business, supply chain, asbestos, environmental, bankruptcy, and real estate litigation. He assists clients in resolving disputes related to supplier and buyer agreements; contractual disputes; emergency litigation, including restraining orders and injunctions; health care and personal injury matters; debt disputes; regulatory violations; land ownership issues; bankruptcy stays; and defends clients in asbestos exposure cases.

Zacher is a proud Indiana Hoosier, having received his law degree, graduating cum laude, from Indiana University's Maurer School of Law and his Bachelor of Science in Business from the Kelley School of Business.

Zacher is a member of DRI, the Indianapolis Bar Association, and the Indiana State Bar Association, where he serves on the Committee to Prevent the Unlicensed Practice of Law. He also serves on the board of the National Junior Tennis League of Indianapolis.

Earlier this month, Zacher became the youngest attorney at his prior large law firm to be named a 2021 Rising Star by Indiana Super Lawyers. He is thrilled to join the talented and diverse group of professionals at Taft.
