Jonathan Heaney, the Managing Partner of Walkers' Jersey office commented: "Our recruitment activity to build out our Practice Groups in both Jersey and Guernsey is continuing, and we are delighted to welcome Olivia, Lisa, Luke and Alice to the team. They bring with them some very relevant experience from offshore and international law firms, and we look forward to them developing their careers with Walkers."

Fraser Hern, the Head of Walkers' Channel Islands business, said: "Walkers has a unique ability amongst offshore law firms to provide market leading cross-border offshore law advice on a jurisdictionally agnostic basis, and to do so in an extremely collaborative manner. Key components of achieving this are having people in our business who combine being technically excellent, commercially astute, and team orientated. Hiring people with these attributes, and who will thrive in our firm and add to our culture, takes time and effort, but when you get it right, as we believe we have with Olivia, Lisa, Luke and Alice, the results speak for themselves. Our efforts in this respect are being rewarded by clients providing us with more and more opportunities to demonstrate how we can better support their business, and their commercial goals. This is a fortunate position to be in. Our growth trajectory will continue throughout this year and beyond as we focus on supporting a number of areas of specialism to emerge as market leading practices".
