LOS ANGELES, February 11, 2021 – Proskauer, a leading international law firm, today welcomed M&A lawyer Will Chuchawat as a partner in the Firm's M&A practice, based in Los Angeles.

His practice focuses on private equity, with a particular emphasis on leveraged buyouts, as well as growth equity and venture capital transactions, and representation of operating companies.

Will received his J.D. from the University of Chicago and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
He is a member of the Los Angeles Bioscience Advisory Panel and is on the board of the Beverly Hills chapter of the Young Professionals Organization. Will joins Proskauer from Sheppard Mullin.
