Attorney Hayley Wells has been appointed co-chair of the North Carolina Bar Association's (NCBA)  Litigation Section CLE Committee

She will serve in this role alongside co-leaders Audrey Synder of Ward Black Law and Matthew Van Sickle with Van Sickle Law. The trio is responsible for creating CLE programs that cover a variety of topics affecting litigation attorneys. You can view the CLE lineup here

The NCBA's Litigation Section, which includes lawyers who have a substantial portion of their practice in civil litigation, takes the lead in addressing changes in civil procedure rules, the ethics rules, and other statutes. In addition to sponsoring continuing legal education, the Section also provides members with a blog and helps to mold NCBA's legislative agenda for presentation to the NC General Assembly.
