Appleby acted as Cayman counsel for Lumina Group Limited (Lumina) in relation to the transfer of listing from GEM to the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on 20 April 2020, with net proceeds of approximately HKD44 million.

Lumina provides fire safety services in Hong Kong. The Company designs, offers, and installs fire safety systems including evacuation and electrical fire alarm, water and gas suppression, and portable fire equipment.
Lumina has applied for the listing of, and permission to deal in,
- 600,000,000 shares in issue; and
- Any share which may be issued upon the exercise of any share options which may be granted under the Share Option Scheme, by way of the Transfer of Listing.
