Collas Crill's Cayman practice has gone 'from strength to strength' and is 'rapidly becoming a force in Cayman' according to testimonials in the firm's Legal 500 Caribbean directory listing this year.

A number of the firm's lawyers have been individually recognised in the directory, including three within the firm's dispute resolution team which has retained its position in Tier 3.

Cayman managing partner and head of department Stephen Leontsinis is named a leading individual in his field with one client highlighting his 'highly collaborative' and 'solution-orientated' approach. Partner Matthew Dors is noted as an 'incredibly meticulous and intelligent lawyer', 'thinking two or three steps ahead of everyone else', and partner Rocco Cecere is listed as a Next Generation Partner.

The firm's private client and trust team is also ranked Tier 3 with one client describing the practice as 'a leading private client law firm' on the island, in reflection of its expertise and growth over recent years. The team is also praised for its 'exceptional' teamwork and 'clear and pragmatic advice' with Counsel Andrew Peedom recognised as 'an unflappable lawyer, always able to look through current matters to predict potential issues ahead and steer you through.'

Head of the firm's property practice Gina Berry, who joined the firm in July of this year, has also been named a leading individual and Natalie Bell, senior associate in the corporate team, has been recognised as a Rising Star.

Stephen Leontsinis said: 'Collas Crill is home to an extremely talented, diverse and experienced team of lawyers, and I'm delighted to see a number of their individual accomplishments reflected in this year's directory listings.

'I'm particularly proud to read the testimonials from clients and peers which are a true endorsement of the first-rate client service we provide and of our increasing presence and growth in the Cayman market. Congratulations to the team.'

The Legal 500 series is an independent guide, in which firms and individuals recommended purely on merit. It is now in its 34th year.
