Campbells is pleased to announce that it has been shortlisted in both the Offshore Law Firm of the Year and Finance Deal of the Year categories in the 19^th Annual ALB Hong Kong Law Awards 2020. These prestigious awards are the pre-eminent legal awards and ALB's biggest and longest-running awards in Asia.

Our nomination in the Finance Deal of the Year category is for our involvement in the Tolaram Port Investment and Wide Resources Project Financing. Campbells represented the Sponsors (Tolaram Port Investment Inc. and Wide Resources Limited) and Lekki Port LFTZ Enterprise Limited (the Borrower), in a US$629,000,000 project financing lead arranged by China Development Bank, for the financing, construction and operation of a container port in the Lagos free trade zone in Nigeria.
