IIC membership is by invitation-only and is based on a peer-reviewed application process. The IIC grants membership to insolvency professionals who demonstrate the highest standards of professionalism in the industry. Members of the organization are drawn from the most senior and experienced professionals representing the insolvency community in Canada.

About J.J. Burnell
J.J. practices in the areas of corporate recovery, bankruptcy and insolvency law. She has appeared before the Manitoba Court of Queen's Bench and Court of Appeal to argue cases in respect of matters under the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act, the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act and The Personal Property Security Act for various stakeholders including lenders, debtors and Court officers.
About Ryan Zahara
Ryan has appeared as counsel in numerous restructuring proceedings under the Companies Creditors' Arrangement Act and the Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act on behalf of a myriad of clients, including, debtors, creditors and court officers. Ryan also acts on behalf of secured lenders and receivers and managers in enforcement proceedings. Ryan has represented clients in insolvency proceedings from a wide range of industries including retail, real estate, mining, oil and gas and manufacturing.

Jeff Lee represents companies in financial distress, lenders and court officers in restructuring and insolvency proceedings across Western Canada. Jeff's insolvency experience includes assignments in the manufacturing, energy, aviation, real estate, agribusiness, hospitality, transportation, telecommunications, fish processing, construction, forest products, mining and pulp and paper industries.
About Bill Skelly
An accomplished corporate and commercial lawyer, Bill has worked with many of Canada's largest financial institutions and court officers in the insolvency and restructuring area. He is a leading practitioner in ABL and CMBS financing. Bill has represented numerous debtors, purchasers and creditors in some of B.C.'s largest insolvencies.
