The National Association of Regulatory Utility Commissioners' Winter Policy Summit in Washington, D.C. will convene an array of speakers from federal agencies, industry, advocacy organizations, and more. The committee meetings and general sessions will provide the latest policy updates related to utility regulation. Key resolutions will be discussed and approved by the board of directors at the conclusion of the meeting.

The "Gas and Cybersecurity – What do State Regulators Need to Know?" panel will discuss critical information that state regulators need to know in the natural gas utility space. This is a follow up from the NARUC November 2019 resolution on criticality of utilities operating in the 6 GHz spectrum band. We will explore what the next steps are, and how we all can be more engaged, as appropriate, in addressing cybersecurity issues in the natural gas space.

This joint session is co-sponsored by the Committees on Gas, Critical Infrastructure, and Telecommunications.
