SANNE has invited Bedell Cristin to jointly host a technical panel discussion on the key benefits of the recently approved Jersey International Savings Plans.

The event, to be held at the Law Society in Chancery Lane, will include a presentation from Nancy Chien, chairman of the Jersey Pensions Association and partner at leading Channel Island Law firm, Bedell Cristin. Nancy will speak about the new offering which will enable multi-national companies, as well as family offices, to set up flexible savings plans for their employees. The new law for ISPs in Jersey came into force on 1 January 2019 and they have already attracted a great deal of attention from employers around the world.
