Davies partners Natasha MacParland and Natalie Renner will be authoring a regular feature column in Rebuilding Success, the official magazine of the Canadian Association of Insolvency and Restructuring Professionals.
Launched in the magazine's Fall/Winter 2018 edition, the column, "Trending Decisions: Cases We Are Following" provides a list of noteworthy restructuring, insolvency and priorities cases currently on appeal, a summary of significant questions and issues raised in each case, and the status of the appeal.
