We are delighted to announce today, the launch of the 'Deloitte Accelerated Career Program', with its operations coming into action with immediate effect. The 'Deloitte Accelerated Career Program' is the result of a collaboration agreement between Deloitte, D-YANG SUNFLOWER LTD and ZhongBo Rising Star. ZhongBo Rising Star' Parent company, Zhong Bo Education Company is one of China's largest professional qualification providers.
The 'Deloitte Accelerated Career Program' will commence in July 2018 and is specifically designed and facilitated by Deloitte Academy with an aim to provide 4 weeks of intense professional training to 50 undergraduate students from the People's Republic of China (PRC).
With this pioneering program we aim to:
- Facilitate participants' learning through a rich and comprehensive curriculum carefully designed to provide an end-to-end training journey through the use of interactive and collaborative training sessions, simulation techniques, discussions with our expert facilitators, performance of e-learning modules and various case studies as well as assessments and evaluations of performance
- Introduce students to the whole range of Deloitte's service lines, while simultaneously providing extensive training in technical and business related skills
- Expose students to at least two (2) Deloitte service lines during the practical work experience weeks such that they get a better and more holistic understanding of the employment options available to them post qualification within a Big 4 professional services firm.
This an important milestone for Deloitte Academy; it is envisaged that this will be the start of a long-term and successful collaboration towards creating an educational and business eco-system under the Deloitte Academy umbrella in Cyprus.
