Times are changing, and So Too is the Fuller Landau Dress Code!

We are pleased to announce that effective October 3rd, Fuller Landau has introduced a new internal policy – Dress Your Day, Your Way – providing our team with greater flexibility on what they wear, depending on their specific schedule each day.

While casual attire is not a new concept at Fuller Landau, the new dress code policy allows for jeans five days a week (not just on Fridays), for those working in the office. "This type of policy is still quite unique to the professional services industry," explains David D'Cruz, Partner. "We've initiated the change because we trust the professionalism of our team, respect their choices, and want to support their desire for greater flexibility and comfort." Of course, more formality in dress code is required by team members for any client interaction or outside networking, and regardless of the level of formality, team members are always expected to sustain a tidy, tailored and polished look.

"Although our dress code may be a bit more relaxed, our commitment to client service is as strong as ever," says Jill Daiter, Director of HR. "Our team spends a great deal of time at the office. We want them to feel comfortable and engaged while working. Fuller Landau has been named as one of the Best Workplaces in Canada for 10 years running, and we're always on the lookout for innovative and forward-thinking initiatives to make our team more productive, efficient, and happy."

But why bother?

"This policy is a reflection of the changing demographics and evolving workplace," says David. "At Fuller Landau, we strongly believe that an engaged workforce is more productive and inclined to deliver exceptional client service. An investment in our team is ultimately an investment in our clients."
