Once the opposition period expires and application is not opposed by third party or opposed and opposition is waived/ decision in given in favor of applicant. The Registrar issue a notice to the Applicant to pay the prescribed official fee for issuance of registration fee and thereafter on submission of registration fee, the Registrar issue the Registration certificate.
The initial term of registration of a Trademark in Pakistan is of 10 years which is calculated from the date of filing of the Trademark application.
