Broadcasts - copyright subsists until the expiration of 50 years after the expiration of the calendar year in which the first broadcast was made.

Cable programmes - copyright subsists until the expiration of 50 years from the end of the calendar year in which it was first included in the cable programme service.

Published editions of authors' works - copyright subsists until the expiration of 25 years after the expiration of the calendar year in which the edition was first published.
