Cinematograph films - copyright subsists where the maker was a qualified person for the whole or substantial part of the period during which the film was made, or if the film was made or first published in Singapore.

Broadcasts - copyright subsists where the broadcast is made from within Singapore by the holder of a broadcasting licence.

Cable programmes - copyright subsists where the work is included in a cable programme service provided by a qualified person in Singapore.

Published editions of authors' works - copyright subsists where the first publication of the edition is in Singapore, or the publisher was a qualified person at the date of first publication.
