TMF Group发布的 《全球商业复杂性指数》针对76个司法管辖区的主要行政和合规要求进行比较,最终总结出希腊商业复杂性最高。在法规频繁变更而且更为复杂的情况下,我们发现阿联酋、中国和巴西的复杂性比想象中要高,均处于排行榜的高位。
