c) Full name, complete address of the inventor(s); declaration of the inventor(s) is compulsory but the publication of their names is optionally. The maintenance under the non-public regime is subjected to payment of additional official fees. It is necessary to indicate your option in this matter. Contrarily it shall deem that the publication is requested.

- in official language of EPO's procedures
e) Data about EPA/EURO-PCT patent application:
- number
- regular filing date
- priority(ies) mentioning the country, number and date
- publication number and date by EPO
f) Data about European Patent
- number
- publication date of the invention of grant and the number of the claims
g) The owner must indicate the number of months within he wishes that the publication of the EP's specification is to be accomplished by ROPTO (we would recommend 2 -3 months from the filing date)
h) The confirmation of the payment of extension fee.
