Sayenko Kharenko's IP team successfully represented interests of Porsche Ukraine with respect to protection of VW, AUDI, SEAT brands in Ukraine.
Founded in 2008, Porsche Ukraine is a part of Austrian company Porsche Holding Salzburg. Porsche Holding Salzburg is the largest and most successful automotive distributor in Europe. The Salzburg-based company was founded in 1947 and operates today in 22 countries in Western and South-Eastern Europe, as well as in China, South America and Malaysia.
Sayenko Kharenko's team for the current project included senior associate Oleg Klymchuk and junior associate Pavlo Kovalchuk, and was led by the partner Oleksandr Padalka.
