Copyright in a cable programme is the exclusive right to make a cinematograph film or a sound recording of the programme or a copy thereof, to cause the programme to be seen or heard by a paying audience, or to broadcast it or to include it in a cable programme service.

Copyright in a published edition of a literary, dramatic, musical or artistic work is the exclusive right to make, by means that includes a photographic process, a reproduction of the edition.
