NFA proposed reducing the fees on Forex Dealer
Members ("FDM") under the Forex Transaction Reporting
Execution Surveillance System ("FORTRESS"). NFA stated
that it plans to make the proposed amendments to NFA Bylaw 1301(e) ("Schedule of Dues and
Assessments") effective ten days after receipt of submission
by the CFTC unless the CFTC decides to review the proposal before
approving.
