DJ Marshmello's early exit from his two-year booking at Kaos Nightclub in The Palms Las Vegas still enabled him to reap millions, according to unnamed sources who spoke with the Las Vegas Review-Journal. James Sammataro, partner and Co-Head of the Media + Entertainment Group at Pryor Cashman told Casino.org that since Marshmello "signed with The Palms amidst a bidding war with the Wynn, his contract presumably contains a handsome parting gift."

Sammataro went on to note that "an industry-shaking reported $60 million deal was presumably about more than attracting concert-goers and filling up the biggest party space in Vegas...(I)t was the ultimate headline to punctuate its $690 million reinvention."

The news was also picked up by EDM.com and numerous social media outlets. For more on Pryor Cashman's Media + Entertainment practice, please click here
