An SEC proposal to amend its whistleblower program under
Exchange Act
Section 21F (see
previous
coverage) was published in the Federal Register, along with
proposed interpretive guidance on the terms "independent
analysis" and "unreasonable delay" under Exchange
Act
Rules 21F-4 and
21F-6. Comments on the proposals must be submitted by September
18, 2018.
