Chief Accountant For SEC Division Of Corporation Finance To Leave Agency

Chief Accountant of the SEC Division of Corporation Finance (the
"Division"), Mark Kronforst, will leave the SEC in January 2018 after 13
years with the agency. Kyle Moffatt, Associate Director in
Disclosure Operations, will become the Division's acting Chief
Accountant following Mr. Kronforst's departure.
Mr. Kronforst has served as Chief Accountant since October 2013.
Before that, he served as the Associate Director in Disclosure
Operations and Deputy Chief Accountant within the Division.
Mr. Moffatt has been with the Division in several capacities
since 2000.
