The SEC named Robert Evans III as Chief of the Office
of International Corporate Finance. The office operates within the
SEC Division of Corporation Finance and is responsible for
"outreach to non-U.S. issuers that access the U.S. capital
markets."
Prior to the appointment, Mr. Evans was Deputy Director of the
Division of Corporation Finance. Before that, worked as a partner
in the capital markets practice at Shearman & Sterling LLP.
