EMA Consultation On The Revised Policy On Access To Documents

The EMA has launched a public consultation on the proposed revision to its
policy on access to documents. The policy describes the rules EMA
applies to grant access to the documents that it holds, in
accordance with Regulation (EC) No 1049/2001 ("FOI
Regulation"). The FOI Regulation gives citizens a right to
access EU documents. Comments from stakeholders may be submitted
until May 18, 2017.
