NAIOP New Jersey, the commercial real estate development association, has named Fox Rothschild as a finalist for its highly coveted "Deal of the Year" award.
The firm was nominated in the Office Deal of the Year section for its representation of Subaru in relocating its North American headquarters to Camden, New Jersey. The $78 million, 250,000-square-foot office building will bring 700 jobs to the area.
