In this video blog series on insurance recovery law, top insurance recovery lawyers address some of the most pressing and important insurance coverage issues faced by corporate policyholders today.

We believe that the best way to introduce our new video blog series is to start by sharing some of our thoughts on the factors that differentiate great insurance recovery lawyers and law firms, from all of the others who practice in this specialized area of law. In this video our Managing Partner, Brian Friel, explains the necessity of focusing on one specific area of law, and why this kind of sole focus in a law firm helps clients maximize the value of their corporate insurance assets.

Please take a moment to watch Brian talk about what sets Miller Friel apart from other insurance recovery practices.

Why choose a boutique insurance recovery law firm?

Miller Friel is different than other insurance recovery law firms around the country. We believe how we practice law is different in a way that really distinguishes us in the marketplace. For example, we bring a level of experience to our cases that is really unrivaled among other law firms. For example, other law firms, especially the large firms, have insurance recovery practice groups. They are staffed with first-year associates, second year associates, folks that practice in other areas, whether it's general commercial litigation, maybe its corporate law and they do this as a part-time basis. That's not what we do here at Miller Friel. We are dedicated exclusively to insurance recovery and our attorneys have decades of experience in this area. That really is the big distinguishing feature between Miller Friel and other law firms that practice in this area.

The second biggest difference with Miller Friel versus other law firms that practice in this area is because we are specialized, because we are boutique, we have no conflicts. All we do is represent corporate policy holders in insurance recovery claims against insurance companies. We don't represent insurance companies, we don't represent insurance brokers, we don't represent insurance reinsurers, all we do is represent corporate policyholders. So we are able to zealously represent our clients, and really we use good business judgment, but when we have to really push hard to get an insurance carrier to pay a claim, that is valid and should be paid, we push hard for our clients. That sometimes means were going to litigate, that sometimes means were going to trial, that sometimes means we were going to asserta bad faith claim, if it's appropriate. We are not going to shy away from going after carriers aggressively and appropriately but with our corporate policy holders best interest in mind. We really feel that is a big distinction among our peer groups in this area.

Our boutique insurance recovery law firm will vigorously pursue your claim.

Every client to us is the number one client. We treat every client whether it's a Fortune 100 company, a midsize company, a start up company, whatever size, as really the most important client. That is so important to us and we know that in order to maximize that value for our client, in order to really bring those results that we want to bring to every case, we really need to bring that passion and we do to everyone of our clients, for every one of their cases.
