On Nov. 23, 2015 the Superior Court of Pennsylvania affirmed a
decision finding film and television personality Sherri Shepherd
the legal mother of Baby S, a child to whom Shepherd has no genetic
connection. Tiffany Palmer, counsel for the biological father, and
Craig Bluestein, counsel for the child, discussed the Baby S case
at the Family Law Section meeting on Dec. 1.
