Lawyer Comments On DOL's H-2B Visa Job Ad Changes

A recent SHRM article describes that DOL will now be
responsible for posting the ads on an upgraded version of its
electronic job registry. In an interview with the publication,
lawyer Jessica Cook noted that "[i]t's a positive change
for employers." She went on to explain that the change in the
process will reduce the cost and compliance issues that employers
previously had to worry about when advertising for seasonal
jobs.
