President-elect Joe Biden has signaled that robust consumer
protection will be a major focus of his policy agenda. In this
webcast, an experienced team of Gibson Dunn consumer protection
attorneys will preview the incoming administration's

On April 5, 2024 the US Food and Drug Administration confirmed that its third-party testing of cosmetic talc products for 2023 identified no traces of asbestos in any of the 50 cosmetic samples tested.
