It is well-documented that ADA lawsuits are on the rise over the
failure of websites to be compliant with the ADA. In his bylined
article for the South Carolina Lawyer, Columbia attorney
Phillips McWilliams examines recent court cases in the Fourth and
Ninth Circuits that demonstrate the lack of guidance available to
businesses seeking to ensure their websites and apps are compliant
with the ADA. Further, he expects the number of lawsuits to
continue to increase until federal lawmakers to action to help
