The Stroudsburg Area School Board voted unanimously to honor Superintendent John Toleno's contract through June 30, 2015.
The board had previously intended to end Toleno's contract early due to what they say are multiple technical issues with the agreement, dating back to when Toleno was hired in 2007.
The school board also voted to make Sultanik the new school board attorney. He previously served as the school board's labor attorney – a position he's held for the past two years.
