Federal Register: CFTC Proposes Amendments To Enhance Integration Of CPO Data Collection

The CFTC proposal to amend CFTC Rule 4.27 (which outlines periodic reporting
requirements for CPOs and CTAs) and Form CPO-PQR was published in the Federal Register. The
proposed changes would update Form CPO-PQR to modify the collection
of data from certain registered CPOs, enhance the integration of
collected data on CPO activity, and improve agency oversight of
CPOs (see prior coverage).
Comments must be submitted by June 15, 2020.
