European Long Term Investment Funds or "ELTIFs", a new
form of AIF which can have a retail passport, are available from 9
December 2015. Although the Regulation is directly
applicable, the UK FCA has made various changes to its Handbook
arising from the ELTIF Regulation which come into effect on 9
December.
