European Commission Consults On Operations Of European Supervisory Authorities

On 21 March 2017, the European Commission published a
consultation paper on the operations of the European Supervisory
Authorities ("ESAs"). The purpose of the consultation is
to gather evidence on the operations of the ESAs, comprising their
tasks and powers, governance, supervisory architecture and funding,
in order to evaluate their effectiveness and efficiency. Responses
can be submitted until 16 May 2017.
