The program will begin with opening remarks from Guy Parker, CEO of the UK's Advertising Standards Authority, and Brinsley Dresden, from Lewis Silkin (UK).  

I will be moderating the first panel, "Advertising Regulation in a Changing World," which will include Guy Parker, Laura Brett (Vice President, National Advertising Division, USA), Justina Raizyte (Head of Development and Policy, European Advertising Standards Alliance), and Cathy Bate (Chief Legal and Policy Officer, Ad Standards, Canada).  

The second panel, "Leveling the Playing Field:  Strategies for Combating Misleading Competitor Advertising Around the World," will be moderated by Brinsley Dresden, and will include speakers from Australia, Germany, Kenya, Mexico, and the USA. 

The third panel, "Making the Future Better Than the Past:  How are Changing Attitudes to Diversity Being Reflected in Global Advertising," will be moderated by Brian Murphy, and will include speakers from Ecuador, the Netherlands, Singapore, South Africa, and the UAE.

There will also be four breakout sessions, which will cover environmental marketing issues, the advertising of HFSS foods, alcohol advertising, and influencer marketing.  The sessions will include speakers from around the world, including Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Egypt, Finland, France, Ghana, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Nigeria, Spain, Turkey, and the United States.
