In an interim judgment, the District Court of The Hague decided that a report of findings prepared by external legal counsel had to be produced to the defendants in the proceedings. The main considerations of the Court were that the report contained merely factual findings, a draft of which was previously reviewed by the defendants, and that the report mentioned that it could be shared with the relevant authorities (in Dutch only).
