The following remedies are available to a plaintiff in a copyright infringement action:

(1)Injunction.

(2)Damages or account of profits.

(3)Delivery up of infringing copies, or any plate or similar contrivance used or intended to be used for the making of infringing copies of sound recordings or audio-visual productions.

Further, in assessing the amount of damages, the court may award such additional damages as it considers appropriate in the circumstances.
