Walmart has entered into a multi-year agreement with Fox
Robotics and is investing growth capital for a minority stake in
the company. Walmart has deployed 19 "FoxBot" autonomous
forklifts across 4 of their high-tech distribution centers.
Goodwin represented Fox Robotics in both the financing and
commercial agreement. The deal team consisted of Aaron Terwey, Shiyi Fan, Alesha Neumann (Corporate), Kevin Liu, and Christine Tran (IPTS).
