Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has been recognized by general counsel and other legal decision makers as one of the leading firms for superior client service, according to the 2024 BTI Client Service A-Team survey. Now in its 23rd year, BTI's annual Client Service A-Team survey ranks law firms based on in-depth, unprompted, unbiased interviews with more than 300 legal decision makers at domestic and global companies with $1 billion or more in revenue.

The survey ranks firms based on 17 unique factors including proving your commitment to help, client focus, providing value for the dollar, and understanding client business. These factors have been selected as those which drive superior client service on a consistent basis.

The honor follows K&L Gates being recognized by BTI Consulting Group as an "IP Litigation Powerhouse" and as a Litigation Leader among the "19 Best of the Best Law Firms in Cybersecurity/Data Privacy Litigation" in its Outlook 2024 report, which was published last fall.
