Travers Smith LLP is proud to announce it has recently achieved ISO 27001:2022 certification which was awarded by BSI who are a leading certification body for ISO standards.

Led by Travers Smith's Information Security team with support from teams across the firm, it demonstrates the firm's continued commitment in protecting the confidentiality, integrity and availability of client and firm information and maintaining the highest standards of information security.

ISO 27001 is the most widely recognised global standard for information security management and requires an organisation to show a systematic and ongoing approach to managing information security risks. To maintain certification, organisations must undergo annual surveillance audits by an independent certification body, such as BSI, to ensure it is adhering to the standard.

Edmund Reed, Managing Partner at Travers Smith commented:

This certification is confirmation that we adhere to the highest standards, and we will continue to invest in protecting our clients and our people. As part of this accreditation, we have a roadmap to take our information security to the next level."
