The US entity, called as NovoJuris Legal LLC, has two Partners Richard Devlin and Harsha Venkatesh. Sharda Balaji, the Founder of NovoJuris Legal will drive the strategic growth and development of the US offices.

The key areas of NovoJuris Legal LLC include India Entry strategies, Corporate Governance, Private Fundraising, Immigration Laws, Investments & CapTable Matters, Public Offerings and Securities Compliance, Commercial Contracts and Mergers & Acquisitions. While Richard Devlin will operate from Pennsylvania and focus on corporate and commercial transactions for entrepreneurs conducting business in the US, Harsha Venkatesh will be based in New Jersey and will focus on Human Resources and US Immigration.

Prior to joining NovoJuris Legal LLC, Richard Devlin served as an inside counsel for several corporations in the technology, SaaS and the investment services industries. Before that, he was a senior associate at the global law firm Reed Smith, LLP in Philadelphia. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar and the Association of Corporate Counsel, Greater Philadelphia Chapter. He has also served as an advisory board member to two early-stage start-up enterprises. Harsha Venkatesh, on the other hand, has handled thousands of petitions and gained expertise across several visa categories such as H1B, L1A, O and P visas, as well as US Permanent Residency. Her practice has clients in Bio-Pharma, IT & ITES, Media and Entertainment, Automotive Design Engineeringand Education verticals in the USA, India, South Korea and Japan.
