On December 31, 2015, the Ministry of Energy ("SENER") published a call (the "Call") addressed parties interested in participating in the Wholesale Power Market, providing the schedule that the National Center for Energy Control ("CENACE") must observe to authorize the start of operations and the operations start-up statement of the Short-Term Market ("MCP"). The schedule for the beginning of operations of the MCP during 2016 is as follows:
