The biggest challenge before any corporate lawyer is the ability
to draft and review contracts. Contract drafting is not just about
picking up a precedent, changing few details and passing it on to
the clients. Each client and transaction are different and should
be paid attention accordingly.
There is a sea of difference in what is taught in law colleges
to impart drafting skills and what a lawyer faces while dealing

long, boring, full of law and jargon and it doesn't really help
