The money foreseen for housing in the new European funds is to
be invested, even if the National Housing Programme has not yet
been created.
The guarantee has been given by the Government, which refuses to
suspend housing policies while the National Housing Programme is
not created, and should only be presented next year. The New
Generation of Housing Policies was implemented 4 years ago, and
includes several instruments to ensure this right, including the
1st Law Programme - Access to Housing Support Programme. The 1st
Right programme is one of the instruments to be reinforced with
European funds, through the investment of the Recovery and
Resilience Plan.
