In a recent decision under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute
Resolution Policy (UDRP) before WIPO, a panel has denied the
transfer of the domain name 'breakforthcanada.com' because
the complainants did not provide sufficient evidence of their
trademark rights and omitted to disclose their relationship with
the respondent, including the fact that the trademark rights at
issue were in dispute.
