В
настоящее
время в
Комитете
государственных
доходов
Министерства
финансов
Республики
Казахстан
обсуждается
проект
Правил
реализации
пилотного
проекта по
учету
перемещения
отдельных
видов
товаров
при их
вывозе с
территории
Республики
Казахстан
(далее –
«Пилотный
проект»).
Главной
целью
Пилотного
проекта
является
установление
контроля
за
перемещением
санкционных
товаров из
Казахстана
в Россию в
целях
предотвращения
нарушения
санкционного
режима.
В этой
связи, если
казахстанские
экспортеры
намереваются
вывозить
из
Казахстана
санкционные
товары в
Россию, им
необходимо
будет
подать
следующие
документы
в
казахстанские
органы
государственных
доходов
(далее –
«ОГД»):
- заявление
на
заверение
электронных
счетов-фактур
(далее – «
ЭСФ
- »);
- копии ЭСФ
по
санкционным
товарам;
- копии
деклараций
по
санкционным
товарам.
