On Sept. 26, 2019, TriMetals Mining Inc. (TSX: TMI) (US OTCQB: TMIAF) ("TMI") closed its previously announced transaction with Wealth Minerals Ltd. and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Wealth Copper Ltd.

Pursuant to the transaction, Wealth Copper acquired 100% of TMI's interest in the mineral exploitation and exploration concessions and related assets that comprise the Escalones copper-gold porphyry project in Chile, for a combination of common shares of Wealth Copper, cash and a 2% NSR royalty on the project.

TMI is a growth-focused gold exploration company creating value through the exploration and development of the near-surface Gold Springs gold-silver project in Nevada and Utah.
