On July 2, 2019, Quantum Plus Ltd. completed the sale of a
majority of its assets to Jacent Strategic Merchandising Canada
Inc.
Quantum Plus is a wholesale distributor based in Woodbridge,
Ontario. The acquirer is the Canadian subsidiary of Jacent
Strategic Merchandising LLC, a merchandiser headquartered in
Huntingdon Valley, Pennsylvania.
